My sign welcoming Forrest to South Africa: 'This is all your fault, I think I hate you.'
We both have mixed emotions about spending our holiday in a beautifully exotic locale that will force us to submit ourselves to extreme discomfort in order to enjoy it. I'm sure I should take it as a lesson in hard work and perseverance to achieve a goal, but for some reason I just keep thinking of the fox in the vineyard. "Vineyard, O’ vineyard! How lovely you look..."
In any event, I have no doubt it will be an incredible experience and one filled with many tales that I hope to share with you all in January... although, based on my track record, maybe you should check back in April.
